Why women from Harijanwada are angry?
The women of Harijanwada in Raichur urban are angry, sad and frustrated. There is rampant sale of spurious liquor made from what people call as CH4. ‘Our boys are dying, we have complained to police several times but no action has been taken. People buy this white powder from Telangana. It is cheap and highly potent. People keep it in secret places in their homes and sell them’, the women say in one voice.
